has recently redefined its brand personality, proposition and
architecture inline with a new corporate plan. We must now communicate
these via a brand delivery and cultural change programme to all our
stakeholders. This will involve the following:
- visual audit of self and major competitors;
- development/evolvement of existing corporate identity;
- implementation of refreshed corporate identity;
- production of brand guidelines and templates;
- production of a brand/cultural change strategy plan for internal and
external launch;
- cultural brand audit;
- internal brand engagement and integration;
- monitoring and measurement.
The contractor will work alongside our brand and design manager to
achieve a fully integrated brand strategy.
