for improving, managing and maintaining the harbour estates at Ardglass,
Kilkeel and Portavogie.
N.I Fishery Harbour Authority requires professional civil engineering and
related services on an intermittent basis in the following fields:
(a) harbour structures, marine works and navigational channels;
(b) quay wall repairs and protection in working commercial harbours;
(c) coastal defences;
(d) planning regulations;
(e) infrastructure services including roads, water and sewerage;
(f) building maintenance and services;
(g) public health engineering.
