III.2.1.1) Legal position - means of proof required: Certificate of
professional or commercial registration, declaration under oath or
certificate imposed by the member state in which the applicant is
established.

issued by the legal or administrative authority of the country of origin.

concerned to the effect that the tenderer has fulfilled its obligations
relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance

contractor"s educational and professional qualifications and/or those of
the firm"s managerial staff and, in particular, those of the persons
responsible for carrying out the works.
A list of the works carried out over the past five years including their
value, dates and sites, accompanied by certificates of satisfactory
execution for the most important works.
A statement of the tools, plant and technical equipment available to the
contractor for carrying out the work.
A statement of the firm"s average annual manpower and the number of
managerial staff for the past three years.
A statement of the technicians or technical bodies which the contractor
can call upon for carrying out the work, whether or not they belong to
the firm.
