   Consultazione preliminare per sorter spettrale che presenti le seguenti
   caratteristiche tecniche minime: Cell sorter spettrale che abbia ottima
   risoluzione anche come analizzatore;
   Analizzatore con 3 sorgenti laser con le seguenti lunghezze donda: 405
   nm; 488 nm, 640 nm;
   Formato di campioni in ingresso: provetta in polistirene o
   polipropilene da 5 mL o 15 ml;
   Sorting fino a 6 vie in tubi da 1,5 mL o da 5 mL;
   Sorting in piastre da 96 pozzetti;
   Ugelli: ugelli da 100 m e 70 m;
   Temperatura di controllo: da 4°C a 30°C per entrambi i campioni in
   entrata e in uscita;
   Biosicurezza: Primaria: gestione dell'aerosol incorporata con filtri
   HEPA sostituibili dall'utente;
   Secondaria: Cappa di biosicurezza di Classe II;
   Software: Live unmixing durante lacquisizione. Modulo CQ

   nm; 488 nm, 640 nm;
