   NHS Nightingale Hospital Exeter is one of the NHS Nightingale
   Hospitals. The NHS Nightingale Hospitals are temporary hospitals set up
   to provide inpatient and critical care to ensure that the NHS would
   have sufficient capacity to meet the potential demand of the Covid-19
   Pandemic. In view of the extreme urgency, NHS England did not have time
   to conduct a procurement procedure for the Nightingale Hospitals in
   accordance with the timescales set out in the Public Contracts
   Regulations 2015.
