The data will only be required for residential properties. The supplier should provide access to individual residential property records via the clients desktop PCs and laptops/probably using a website interface. The supplier should also provide a regularly updated electronic address file (to an agreed format) to enable the client to match the residential property records in its own database with those that exist within the suppliers database. Accuracy, reliability and consistency of the information supplied is of key importance. II.2.4)Beschreibung der Beschaffung: The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) requires access to reliable and real time supply of accurate and historical residential property data for residential properties in England, Wales and Scotland, which is sufficient to support a wide variety of valuation purposes; but specifically to improve the accuracy of the Council Tax valuation lists and to increase timeliness of response to taxpayers and limit the burden on occupiers to provide information about their properties. The data should comprise of: full postal address (e.g. house number, house name, flat number, street, town, postcode, postal district), property type, physical characteristics of individual properties (e.g. number of rooms (bedrooms, bathrooms), number of floors, central heating, garage, conservatory, modernisation of building), plan of property (e.g. dimensions, historic plans), photographs, transnational and marketing information for both rental and sales (e.g market price/achieved/rental price, asking price, sale price, valuation date, historical sale particulars, tenure, agent details), real time information, historic information as far back as possible. Access should be provided to individual residential property records via the VOAs desktop PCs and laptops using a secure webface interface along with the ability to undertake specific search criteria for records. The VOA are investigating if residential property records comprising of the data mentioned above could be provided in a bulk format on agreed timely basis. The supplier should provide full training for key users, guidance material for all users, ongoing telephone support, ongoing maintenance and upgrades and supply management information as required by the VOA. Accuracy, reliability and consistency of the information supplied is of key importance and the supplier should have suitable quality assurance processes in place to ensure that the VOAs requirements in this regard are met.
