JKP Visoko doo, Visoko, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the Bank towards the cost of Visoko Water Supply Project. The employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan: construction of water supply subsystem Motre and (ii) from the ZE-DO Canton budget in amount of 480 000 BAM. The project is implemented in Visoko Municipality of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The contract includes: Construction of new (a) reservoir Dubrave; (b) pumping station Dubrave; (c) main pipeline network with total length of 9 km; and (d) the subsystems pipeline network with total length of 14 km. The estimated completion time is 365 calendar days. Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country. To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria: average annual turnover: the tenderer shall have an average annual turnover as prime contractor (defined as billing for works in progress and completed) over the last 3 years of not less than 7 000 000 BAM or equivalents, financial resources: the tenderer shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow for the contract for a period of 4 months, estimated as not less than 1 100 000 BAM or equivalent, taking into account the applicant's commitments for other contracts, experience: the tenderer shall demonstrate that it has successful experience as prime contractor in the execution of at least 1 project of a nature and complexity comparable to the proposed contract within the last 3 years, with a value of at least 3 000 000 BAM (VAT included).
