   The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan
   from, or grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction
   and Development (the Bank) for the above named project. Additional
   financing details are as follows:
   Municipal enterprise Gorvodokanal of Mailuu Suu City hereinafter
   referred to as the Purchaser, intends using part of the proceeds of a
   loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
   and European Investment Bank (EIB) and the grant from European Unions
   Investment Facility for Central Asia (EU IFCA), administered by EBRD,
   towards the cost of rehabilitation of the water and wastewater system
   in the City of Mailuu Suu project in Kyrgyz Republic.
   Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/grant
   administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
   The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s).
   Additional description is as follows:
   Tenders are invited for the supply of water meters and generator, as
   follows:
   Lot 1: Supply (including installation) of bulk and domestic water
   meters;
   Lot 2: Supply of generator unit and service vehicle.
   To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must
   substantially satisfy the following minimum criteria:
    minimum average annual turnover of the tenderer, calculated as total
   certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed,
   within the last 3 years as follows:
    Lot 1: 900 000 (nine hundred thousand) Euro; and
    Lot 2: 300 000 (three hundred thousand) Euro.
    Experience as supplier in at least 3 contracts within the last 5
   years, each with the value of at least:
    Lot 1: 150 000 (one hundred and fifty thousand) Euro; and
    Lot 2: 55 000 (fifty five thousand) Euro.
   That have been successfully and substantially completed and that are
   similar to the proposed goods.
    the tenderer shall be able to present all the necessary certificates,
   permits and licenses required by Kyrgyz authorities in relation to this
   supply before the beginning of the delivery of goods,
    the tenderer must demonstrate that repairs and maintenance of the
   proposed equipment can be carried out in the licensed workshop on the
   territory of Kyrgyz Republic at a distance not further than 700 km from
   Mailuu Suu.
   In the event that an application is filed by a joint venture,
   consortium or association, the tenderer must meet the following
   criteria:
    at least 1 partner must meet 60 % of the eligibility criteria for the
   work experience and financial indicators mentioned above,
    each remaining partner must meet at least 25 % of the qualification
   criteria for the work experience and financial indicators mentioned
   above.
   The contract is expected to start on 2.3.2020 and last about 6 months.
   This opportunity is divided into 2 lots.
   Tenderers may bid for a maximum of 2 lots.
   Lot 1
   Title: Supply of bulk and domestic water meters (including test bench)
   Description: supply of bulk and domestic water meters (including test
   bench)
   Lot 2
   Title: Supply of generator units
   Description: supply of generator units
   This tender will be conducted by eProcurement using the EBRD Client

   Prospective participants who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an

   The proceeds of the loan from/grant administered by the Bank will not

   regulation of the client's country.
