   The mid-section of the building shall contain a common room ("Gruben")
   that goes over all floors. Technical ventilation rooms are located on
   the roof. Air conditioning systems are to be conveyed down in vertical
   shafts and distributed via main channels in the corridors. The
   mid-section of the building, in the longitudinal direction, the
   contracting authority is planning to construct low beams for good
   ability to navigate to technical plants above the ceiling. The gross
   area of the school is approx. 5 520 m2.
