invite tenders for a three year contract for the capture of data on
certain tax returns with the provision of an image on CD of some of these

1. The data capture and imaging of approx. 250 000 forms P35L and
P35L/T each year over a three year period.
2. The data capture of approx. 148 000 RTD forms in year 1 and an
estimated 86 000 forms in subsequent years.
3. The data capture of certain other forms that may be required in the

Contract will be awarded with an option to extend the duration for a
further 1 year.

from the award of the contract.
