  technical capacity required: Unless evidence as to economic and financial
  standing, ability and technical capacity has already been supplied in the
  last 2 years (in which case, give details as to when and to whom this was
  provided,) the following evidence should be provided:
  a. Certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 or other
  appropriate Quality Assurance recognised certification.
  b. Proof of inscription of the Company on a professional register or the
  Companies Register of Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
  c. A copy of the Company Accounts for the last 3 years.
  d. A brief description of the Company and its previous experience of the
  last 10 years to include the names of organisations to which they have
  provided a similar service, this should be limited to 2 sides of A4 in
  length companies whose request to participate do not comply with, or
  include all of the above requirements may be excluded from the
  Companies invited to tender will be required to state their Public and
  Product Liability Insurance cover.
  Expressions of Interest must be sent to ABRO in hard copy format only,
  soft copies will not be acceptable. Companies whose Expressions of
  Interest do not comply with the above qualification requirements may be
  excluded from the completion.
