  retaining the option of an extension period of up to a further twelve

  form the major portion of the required materials, there will be a
  requirement for the provision of talking books, music recordings, videos
  and multi-media materials. The anticipated expenditure for these
  materials is relatively low compared to the overall anticipated

  materials should submit their application to the address given in I.1)
  for receipt no later than 5.00 p.m. on 1st October.
  The deadline for tender submissions will be 12.00 noon on 29th October.
