  35 High Mast lighting columns to be replaced with new.

  III.1)  Conditions relating to the contract
  III.1.1)  Deposits and guarantees required: The names and addresses of
  three referees, two being employers with which the company has had
  contracts of a similar nature, the other being a financial referee. A
  parent-company guarantee may be required. Details will be provided in the
  invitation to tender documents in respect of a bond or guarantee
  III.1.2)  Main terms of financing and payment and/or reference to the
  relevant provisions: Payment procedures will be detailed in the tender
  documentation but will generally be in accordance with the Institution of
  Civil Engineers Conditions of Contract 5th Edition with minor amendments.
  i.e. interim valuations and certificates based on measured work.

  contractors or service providers to whom the contract is awarded: Each
  individual participant forming part of a group bidder must accept joint
  and several liability under the contract.

  pre-qualification questionnaire, which will set out the minimum level of
  technical and economic capacity required for those wishing to
  participate. Information required concerning the tenderer"s financial,
  economic standing, technical knowledge and ability will be given in the
  pre-qualification documents.

  VI.4)  Additional information: 1) Dates and times given above for the
  dispatch of tenders and the duration of the works are provisional only. A
  tender period of six weeks is envisaged.
  2) Prospective tenderers should be aware of the requirements of the
  Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, which came
  intoeffect in the United Kingdom on 31 March 1995. These regulations
  enact EC Directive 29/57/EEC dated June 1992 in UK domestic legislation.
  It is intended that, for this contract, the successful tenderer will be
  appointed to fulfil the duties of the Principal Contractor under the
  Regulations. Tenderers must, therefore, be able to satisfy the client as
  to their competence and level of resources to carry out the works, and be
  willing to accept the appointment of "Principal Contractor" and the
  duties thereof, in accordance with Regulation 16 in order to be awarded
  the contract.3) The contract will be carried out on a Lane Rental basis.
